You need magnesium to be able to absorb calcium and you need calcium to be able to absorb vitamin d.

This is best absorbed through the bottom of your feet. Spray up to four times a day. 

Because Magnesium mist is high in magnesium you might feel tingly or itchiness if you are magnesium deficient. Start with a smaller amount daily and work your way up over time.

Never apply to freshly shaved skin or open skin and wounds.
